 There is no shipping for the CD.  it is absorbed into the cost.

Some people are donating more than the $10.  
As I've told people, You could even give $100 for a good cause.  
Of course, you could also
Give $100 and get 10 CD's to give out to people.  

Nathan doesn't want handouts, that is why he did the CD.  For years people have asked and asked 
for a CD.  He was in the process of making one, when the house burned down, he lost everything, we all did. and he stopped working on it as he had no more equipment.
